I like this thread. my routine:
alarm goes off at 5am. I curve that sh*t until it goes off again at 530
get in shower. if I haven't curved my alarm until after 6am I...
wash and detangle my hair: 10 minutes
put conditioner in my hair to sit until shower ends
regular shower stuff: separated into face, body and vag (shout out to summers eve + Moroccan oil shampoo) 10 minutes
rinse and detangle hair 4 minutes
dry off and moisturize hair and body (jergens and coconut oil) 3 mins
makeup (2 concealers powder blush eyeliner and mascara) 7-10 mins

then I get dressed which can take 5-20 mins depending on how long out takes me to find my scarves and shirts n socks n whatnot.

I can normally be ready in under an hour unless I just bullsh*t in my towel for a while but that's what normally happens...

before i became a wife and mom it took me about two hours. but i would take my time and lollygag sometimes.

after kids i take an hour max in the morning. i do alot of prep work at night after everyone is sleep( cowash, iron clothes, etc). that helps alot.

Use the bathroom...spend 10 minutes just sitting on the toilet gathering my thoughts
Wake the boys (Most of the time the oldest is already up...the youngest one...geesh)
Brush teeth/wash face
Check on youngest/re-wake him up
Throw on workout clothes
Check on youngest/re-wake him up
Prepare clothes for work
Make a Protein shake
Check on youngest/re-wake him up
Head to the gym with toiletries and clothes
After I work out (1 hour), I take a shower/usually pull locs up into a ponytail/minimal makeup head to work
@9:00am sitting in office ready for work
