Shrimp (or Chicken) sauteed with taco seasoning, garlic, red/green bell peppers, onions, and butter.
 
When shrimp is done, add a little water to make a sauce and serve over rice/potatoes/noodles. yummyPig

I love salmon. Im going to try this. I usually season mine with lemon pepper seasoning, olive oil, a splash of balsamic vinegar and a tiny bit of sea salt. Then, I broil it for 3-4 minutes on each side. Serve with stuffed sweet potatoe and veggie of your choice.

Recommend a simple yet delicious and healthy recipe,scrambled eggs with tomatoes.Just cut some tomatoes and chop a few garlic.Heat oil in a pot,then fry the garlic till it gives off a smell.Then stir fry the tomatoes for a while. Sprinkle a little sugar and salt over the tomatoes.At last,add the eggs and stir so they can well-mixed with the tomatoes.
