I don't hear a lot of ppl talk about being black and proud. A lot of ppl are on this color blind bs. So when I hear someone saying it I believe it.

I really focus on this point in my discussions and speeches.
I think restoring pride and dignity is an important part when it comes to specifically the AA community

Her comments were kinda ignorant but did she actually use the word "lazy"? My appreciation of her definitely took a dip.

I cant listen now but was it mentioned in there about Tina turning down Color purple role because it was too black for her. Always wondered if she really said that.

Wow, I didn't know this. Double the taxes??? I admit that would make me think twice. Or be delinquent on my taxes and never set foot on U.S. soil ever again
