I just did two hours of Just Dance 4 only songs that make me move a lot.
I keep pushing myself by not stopping until the I go to the next level.
Even If I am tired. No stopping in the middle of a level or in the
middle of a song.
I think I will purchase wrist and ankle weight bands to make it harder.
Oooh Go You! That sounds fantastic, i am just like that (or used to be when i was motivated... chocolate is motivating me more now though - im kinda like 5 miles away from my wagon right now lol).
Wow, I have tried to respond to this post before but when i hit submit the entire (really thick long response) vanished claiming some stuff about I can not make a posting
I did have a gym membership though I will be canceling it V soon. Going to go for a little while before the membership fully ends then begin my zumba (I got Core on wii for christmas YAY!), EA Active 2, Jillian Michaels Fitness Ultimatum 2010 (i think its 2010? had a blue case on it) and all that good stuff.
Really glad peeps are keeping this post alive! I try to read the responses as much as possible and I enjoy reading about your plans, successes, trials and all.
One thing I have learnt over the years of dieting and exercising is that, obviously, it is hard (especially for those like me enjoy those fast foods, chocolates, candies and snacks that generally deter us from our ultimate goal). We should communicate our troubles and try helping each other out. There is no better motivation than knowing you are not alone (in my opinion).
Keep up all the great work and I wish you ALL the best of luck with your exercising and FUN!
