I did yoga for the first time ever in 2011, and I remember that after taking 5 classes once a week, my flexibility increased so much. I could stretch my hands all the way to my toes without bending my knees, I could do the pigeon pose with no problems, I could wrap my foot around my ankle doing some standing up pose, but I stopped going and eventually lost the flexibility.
I restarted today and I plan in taking in going to yoga at least once a week and then practicing at home.

I took this power yoga flow and disliked it so much. It was a workout! I do yoga to calm my mind, so I will stick to hatha yoga.

I am on summer break from school, so I will do hatha yoga 3x a week. I went today and it was really nice. It also boosted my energy, because I worked out later.
By the end of JUly I will be super flexible.

Yoga helps me to improve my breathing and flexibility. I often get body ache nowadays because of yoga. It also relaxes my mind and body.

I've tried Yoga in the past but not a big fan of it. Found that it didn't really help me that much.
