Can anybody confirm if those pills are safe and legit?

I was on the periactin pill for 8 months and i grew a tolerance towards it, it still makes me gain weight, but it doesn't make me hungry anymore

I tried apetamin, its the peractin extract that didn't do much for me either..

I seen those ginseng pills on ebay, I was tempted to buy but idk..

Plus i read as soon as you stop taking the pills you lose your results..
