I'm hopping on the bandwagon and starting my own BHM hair journal.
 
I've been natural since 2009 after transitioning for about 11 weeks.
The first 2 years of being natural, my growth milestones where awesome.
 
Then the growth section of BHM died down and so did my hair's progress. Cry
 
This year 2013-- Things will be amazing for me and my hair. Thumbs UpThumbs Up
 
I'll use this thread to document my hair's progress and anything i feel like journaling about.

Heres the link to my fotki. Its has not been updated since the time I fell off of fully taking care of my hair around 2011

I have 4b hair
My 2013 goal is APL by May
BSL by December 13'

2013 hair regimen. I plan on washing every 7-14 days.

My go-to styles will be pinned up twists, buns or wigs.

Wash day plan:
pre-poo
shampoo (scalp only)
DC or Cassia overnight
Next day- blowdry and style

During the week-oil scalp every few days
After day 4 moisturize with my moisturizing spritz

Take vitamins daily:
Moisture Rich - 2 spoons daily
MSM- 1 spoon daily
Vitamin c
horsetail
b complex
fish oil
garlic
vitamin d
