Topic: XXX-Med. Luster Virgin Indian Install/Silk Closure Posted: Jan 20 2013 at 3:36pm |
Hey Ladies, I thought I would share my most recent install. For some reason I was in the mood to have really dark, silky hair (a first for me) so of course I choose some good ol throwback Indian flyaways and all
Specs: Virgin Indian wefts 20,22 and 24" Natural color dyed black medium luster natural wave Sewn-on u-part cap No shedding, some tangling with product build-up
Silk based closure virgin indian natural wave natural color dyed black of course it came with the dead man's gray silk color I stained it light brown 4x4 18" elastic bands in front and back to keep it in place Pre-wash (brushed out)
Brushed after co-wash
Braid out cocoon curls
Part close-ups

Yes, ma'am.
Don't be afraid to pluck some hairs out of that part to give it a more natural density. Also, pick the parted area at night and tie it down so its as flat as possible.
For my demarcation line, I blend it with concealer at the front of the lace and rub it in
