I can show you one example.
 
Day 1:  I'm minding my biz & you feel the need to come at me sideways talking about its just me that admin/mods dont respond to. (why did you even feel the need to try & dis? cant help yourself?)  I explain to you that several members have the SAME complaint & it aint just me. you also said if u were a mod, you'd ignore me too. not nice, but ok 
 
Day 2:  I'm minding my business & u come into my thread talking about your stupid lil squat challenge & you cant believe I made the thread yadda yadda.  I say stop following me & riding my dick, go do some squats.  You respond in a profanity laced tirade, I never responded since it was deleted.
 
Day 3: I see you post & respond to yesterdays post.  You become upset cuz I said something TODAY instead of yesterdayWacko  When you claim to not think about me but for 2 days straight I was on ur mind & u came at me both times unprovoked.  Then you wanna turn around & call me crazy.  This is why we cant get nowhere as a ppl. 
Hypocrisy at its finest.  This ladies & gentlemen is how you back up what u say
