Never lived in used house for this reason. Yes, used. lol. I'm against buying a house that was previously lived in because I just don't want that energy. Plus it's cultural. I'm used to buying your land, building your home with your own design and colors. Living their until you die.
I'm renting for the first time, and let me just say...every night I have nightmares. The 'energy' is off, if you know what I mean.

I
would say, there are certain towns/cities where you're sure to get some
creepy spooky feelings. IMO, ANYTHING in the original 13 colonies is
going to have activity potentially. And NYC...heck yeah. My SO told me
stories about him getting creeped out at some of the nightclubs in
Manhattan when he came in during off hours to fix the soundsystem. He
was at a club that used to be a speakeasy during Prohibition and he
felt so freaked he left and wouldn't come back until the night manager
came in.

a friend of mine came into my moms house b/c he needed to use the restroom and we were in the area. he told me that the house had a bad energy to him. many crazy things have happened in that house so i am not surprised.

But what if the land had been used for something bad. Or in my case, was an indian burial ground at one point. I agree about the house thing, but sometimes the land itself can contain energy/spirits.

IA. But then again I also believe the same thing can happen on land that you buy as well. You never know who has died and/or been buried on the land you're building over.

Some of y'all need to call your pastor and sprinkle some holy water around the vicinity of your home. If your pastor can't come, the next best thing is to pray on some smartwater, sprinkle it around the house, and place bibles in ur bedroom, kitchen, basement and everywhere else. And get rid of any previously owned furniture or items left in the house.

I would want to know. Wouldn't sit well with me knowing that two people died brutally in the very spot I would be resting my head at night. It should be a requirement to disclose that information.
