No big deal to me, I've lived in an apartment where a guy killed himself. As long as all the blood and guts are gone I see no issue.

eta: i tried to research my current apt as much as possible, had my bf drive there and scout it out, googled, etc but you never know what happened on the land.

Yes I would. I think this happen a lot. That's why some people either bless the land or use some type of incense or items to get rid of whatever bad was there.

my tv turns off/on changes channel all the time. I'm sure it's someone nearby/outside with some wireless device or something. I never thought 'ghost.' lol
