Same here. This guy at work always tell us he's the queen that runs the show. His boyfriend is forever taking him to some island or some vacation and buying him cars.

LOL

The guy at my job damn near shoved a photo in my face of him in drag while I was on lunch. I think I commented on everything BUT him in the picture lol. I was like "oh, I know that neighborhood, is that a roof you're posing on". After awhile he got the message, but another co-worker was like "oh John you should also show your pics to Jenn, at least she would appreciate it"

I'm likeErmmStern Smile

This type of sh*t kills me. Why do I need to be kee keeing with you about your gay/straight escapades?? smh.

Same here.  I've never understood having pictures of family and friends at work.  Work is work, home is home.  I don't even like people at work thinking they can relate to me on that level.  Either we talk about work or extremely superficial things that I would talk to anyone about.  Once you blur those lines, things go haywire.

I agree Uppity... I like to keep it superficial and light.

Honestly, if you are working for a company and you want to move up.. it's best to keep you work and personal life seperate.

Office people talk, you think that you are sharing a funny story and lol'ing with your coworkers but  all that kee keeing gets around and twisted.

Its weird that people spend 40 hours a week with the same people for years and years...and no one ever brings up their SO? Not even in a superficial way? Like "My boyfriend loves those cookies but I hate them"

Same here Dead

I don't wanna know the outside of you, what the hell makes you think I want to know your insides?? They'll tell you their whole damn life story as if your life is SOOO insignificant that you're just dying to hear about theirs. DeadDead

Yeah...no & NO.

I still don't see how bisexuality comes up in casual convo tho...

"hey, Cassandra bring a date to the party, ok?"

"sure, I'll bring my girlfriend.  Oh, by the way, I'm bi so next month I might have a boyfriend instead"

"cool!  see you saturday"

LOL

It's more like...

"I'm bringing my girlfriend."

"Your girlfriend??? I didn't know you were gay!"

"I'm bi."
