I don't have a playlist, and depending on my mood that's the type of song I want to hear. I know that when I'm pushing myself to new limits, I have to have either my "gangsta rap." I don't know what it is about that genre music, but it gives me a strength I didn't know I had.

ya know funny enough I dont listen to music while Im working out I focus on the time and calories that I am burning, is sounds weird but now why not have some music that inspires me. so there fore I tink my choices would be
Beyonce- me,myself and I
Ashanti-GOOD, GOOD
Nikki Minaj-Tom Tomm
R.Kelly- Slow Wind
Biggie- *ucking tonite
Rihanna-Rockstar
And for my final one, I about to take it back some young heads wont remember or even know this song but it's SUPERSONIC by JJ FAD
