I googled this "doctor" and he's into alternative therapies.  Looks shady IMO.

I still think this is a nuisance lawsuit however.  I seriously doubt she's going to get millions out of this, and probably will settle out of court.

Oh the trolling...sadly some people actually think like this....being a damn fool thinking that family background can prevent some damn HIV. Some people can be carriers...So damn sad and this is why black people are the fastest growing group.

does hippa affect employees if they can be directly or indirectly responsible for/administer your care?

furthermore, does she have proof that the page opened contained the information in plain sight?

its kinda hard to prove.. but she might win


hippa is all about the employee's keeping their mouths shut all of them.. including the doctor..
