Will Red Clover And Maca.....

Cancel each other out...? I thought maca helps keep your hormones balanced and keep my estrogen at a safe level. but I've been researching and this one chick said that she used maca and red clover...and she didn't see any results until she took away red clover I'm trying to figure out if i should alternate between these two? Does anybody have an experience with this? TIA.

well I've read you can take adaptogens with phytoestrogen and red clover is a phytoestrogen so it should be fine although personally I won't be taking maca until I've finished experimenting with my line up of phytoestrogens because I want to make sure I balance my hormones after all this

From researching i read maca is okay to take with a phytoestrogen as long as u take more mgs of the phytoestrogen...? BUT.

a chick said she took em together and didn't see results until she took red clover away...hmm

example...when i took sp for the first time i gained an inch in my thighs and lost an inch in my belly...after that i didn't gain much at all..months later i added maca and i gained .5in my thighs so maybe we need maca but not all the time?

when women grow boobs and their growth stops...they use progesterone cream and things get back on track..

so maybe we just gotta test it maybe two weeks without maca and two weeks with maca? i don't wanna go months without maca

also why do women takd breaks on their period? your estrogen is lower when TOM is here.

but she said she normally gains in her lower half...so i think ima add another ingredient to my combo to ensure that some of it goes to my lower half....i read u can use any phytoestrogen for butt growth u jus need l tyrosine or watercress cuz it stimulates prolactin which is responsible for boob growth and it will make the herb go to your hips butt and thighs...ima b the guniea pig lol.
