Why do poor black women keep having babies?

Its hard to speak for someone else when you speak from a different place, specifically a place of privilege. Its not just access but awareness of access. Its upbringing and promotion of healthy attitudes towards sex, sexual health, birth control , child rearing, etc.Its not as simple as saying close your legs but in case you open them here are some condoms.

exactly.a grown woman older than me said this.this is what i go through alot.its real dumb and its gotten to the point where im about to beg a doctor to give me my vasectomy this year.i cant wait til next year these chicks aint getting seeded up by me F that
