i understand all that same cliche stuff that's said over and over and over and over and over and over and over again but at what point does personal accountability kick in?
jr. | define personal accountability then proceed to illustrate how one may end up in a situation where they realise they are accountable for their action i'll give you a hint, it boils down to knowledge and empowerment if you have never known any better, how can one do any better? an old aa proverb

Thank you!
| why stop at poverty why not race? and while we are at it, since its poor black women that are the problem here, lets be like the chinese and kill all baby girls born in certain 'catchment' areas, or like the eastern african and circumcise these women to try and control their demonic sexual lusts in the name of accountability

It is in theory, but in practice, it is obvious that this is not the case... studies show that wealthier people have less kids, and that is not a race thing, it is a class thing.
