Why are black movies so bad these days?

spike lee had some sorry movies, how do you feel about him?

i use to like tp plays better than the movies. i feel like 9/10 movies in the theaters suck these days, not just the black ones. the last black one i saw in movie theaters was notorious. i liked

I understood what you meant but still I don't find his movies comedic 9.99 out of 10 times. I'm not supporting anything just because it's black. I support what I like and find interesting. If it happens to be black that's just a plus. I however will not bash something if i don't like it. Black or not. I also refuse to accept any crap that comes out and support it in the name of being black. It would be great to have more black films but I will not waste money on something i don't find of quality. I don't feel anyway about Tyler Perry. I just dislike the majority of his work. I don't even know if I've seen a spike lee movie so I really can't comment.

Green lighting is the main problem. We need more blacks (companies, millionaires, exec producers) green lighting movies.
