@ KFoxx, I've gotten wayyyyy better. This is actually improvement. I think I'd get tired when I turn 40. I think I suffer from the oldest girl syndrome.

I learned this the hard way with my ex. So I had to talk his landlord out of not evicting him and family. To make a bad situation better, he gave me the remaining past due balance (1052)of the rent he owed so I could pay it. & he owed me $168 from a rental car and gas and toll. & money from not paying because he was on my phone plan...like $141.

He gave me $1452 to get his rent current and partially pay me back...and had the audacity to say, "I just gave you $1500" as if he did me a favor.

This nicca got his refund check and bought drum machines, beats and bullsh*t. He paid a few bills and now his acct is negative, so I'll be expecting a call soon. :/


With the bolded " him and   fam", do you mean HIS family?

If so, please tell me you mean he lives with just his kids, his mother or grandmother, and not a grown, able-bodied girlfriend or wife who should be helping him.
