I have had a long term friend from another small town by the name of James for many years. James and I have had a long flirtation for many years but it never materialized b/c of his womanizing reputation (though he is very private about his life), and my lack of trust because of this and many other reasons. Since I live in a small town, there were many instances of people bringing gossip about jumpoff he has living near to me and so on so I maintained a distance from him since moving back in this town. I do not mix up with most of the people in this town b/c they are all distantly related except with my godsister who is cousins with the jump off.
On Friday night James gave me a ride home, and of course kept asking me why I abandoned him. He even said outside of the car, why don't I call him....
My godsister comes to my house yesterday and tells me that he tells the jumpoff that he trying to stay away from me because I am always pushing myself on him and calling him and that the reason I moved to the town is because of him. She told me that everything that me and James talk about he tells the girl.....the thing is that James and I havenot spoken for months......
