I have a neighbor that can't park for sh*t and is constantly taking up two spaces and I have to park on the other side of the building. I have pictures and now just need to know who I need to report to. I am tired of him and his sh*tty ass parking. The final straw has been drawn!

Personally I write a note that says "Stop double parking asshole!!" and if he keeps up, I'll write another three more notes but in a nastier tone......

But if that fails I would just slice all his tires. Stern Smile

however--parking inconsiderately in most places...while rude isn't something that is ticketed.
