I'd consider DC but it is costs too much and the weather is messy in the cold months.

The sun. I swear the sun is on some other ish over here. There's like a 20 degree difference from my house to down the hill at ventura blvd.

And there are special type of white people in the valley. Now my family is white, and I love them. But these other valley white folk...no m'am. They constantly have to be checked.

But other than that it's all good. Maybe because I'm a fatty, but the restaurant selection here is the best. Our grocery stores are top of the line. And we have other great amenities (arclight nearby, burke williams spa, universal studios down the street, etc. etc.).

I would love to live in Venice at the canals but...too many families and loud children with no home training. I think Marina would be great for me though.

I wouldn't live in any city with a negro population less than 20%.

I had a great time in Manhattan this past Summer, but I would not move there. I definitely want to visit often. Not in Winter.
I really liked ATL, I loved the humidity. But wouldn't move because of the winters.
I think I would move to DC bc I liked it so much... but the winter.

I'm a Cali girl and I hate the cold, like with a passion. The way people get upset about being hot, is how irritable I get in cold. Like I don't want to be bothered at all. I know it sounds crazy, but its cold for Fall, Winter, and some of Spring in most places and I caint.
