Do you guys know that I just found out today that your supposed to put water and antifreeze in your car? I did not know. For the past 6 months I was scared my car might blow up because it kept shaking when I drove it, especially when I put on the a/c. But now I know its because there was no damn water cooling the radiator. I'm so stupid. I definitely need to read up on cars.

always take it to the dealership if you are still under warranty.

i know someone who had a 100,000 mile warranty on their Toyota.  The car basically died at 97,000 miles.  Toyota tried to weasle their way out of the warranty by claiming non lubricated parts but he had proof that he had gone to different places throughout the years for his regular oil changes and stuff.  They're not trying to accept those places as proof.  It's been almost a year and he's still fighting with them about it.

since 2007.  the car is a scion and the engine for that model has been shown to burn a lot of oil....which is a defect of the vehicle, not negligence on the owner's part...it's such bullshyt.  he stopped paying the car note when they said they wouldn't fix it and it all got messy.
