collard greens = callalou (for the most part)

Diane Grenadians call what we call dumplings, bakes. They are flat and softer though and sometimes actually baked Confused

Is your "boudain" pork blood or is it something else?

Let me see. Okra and stewed tomatoes, collard greens with ham hocks, cabbage, lima beans with neckbones. My mom is from country small town Marianna, Fl.
