^Fufu is kinda like breadfruit to me. It doesn't taste like anything but takes on the flavour of whatever you eat it with. Fufu without sauce is useless.

I guess gumbo....but I'm not a fan....I prefer Étouffée.....with crawfish and sausage but more on the red side....Jambalaya....Beignets  without the powdered sugar.....oh and King cake

@good.... When I have company, I always make the arroz con pollo or garlic chicken.. People love it. When I'm feeling real lazy, i'll open up a some canned black beans and add some sofrito (homemade). Make a batch and freeze small baggies, comes in handy when needed.

Last weekend, I made fufu de platano con chorizo.... Embarrassed then later on that afternoon i followed it up with a bowl of arroz con mango... I unleashed my inner fat girl ....I was stuck on the coach..lol
