It's really good. Can't taste the avocado but it makes it creamy and thick. And it adds fat that's good for you. This smoothie was like 700cals.

jar of peaches (2.5 peaches)
frozen chunks mango (1 mango)
1 large avocado (this is about 300 calories by itself)
Tasted really yummy.
Also, I didn't do this today, but adding coconut butter or a nut butter (almond, peanut, etc) will definitely add calories and increase satiety because of the fat.
