Im looking for some high calories smoothie ingredients



jar of peaches (2.5 peaches)
frozen chunks mango (1 mango)
1 large avocado (this is about 300 calories by itself)

Tasted really yummy.

Also, I didn't do this today, but adding coconut butter or a nut butter (almond, peanut, etc) will definitely add calories and increase satiety because of the fat.

I'm about to make dinner (baked chicken and salad). However, I'm thinking of ways to spice up my meal (chicken). I want something healthy (or, relatively healthy), but I don't want plain baked chicken. I'm thinking of doing a little gravy and maybe some rice.

What makes it a weight gain salad? Lots of chicken?
 
I'm trying to up my protein intake too. Boiled eggs and chicken on my salad with way too much ranch but i donts care. Big smile
