And that's exactly why it will continue to spread. People will have it and not even know it until...because instead of using universal precautions sexually, they they think that only a "hood rat" (whatever that really is), drug user (again, whatever that really is because people take drugs that reduce their level of awareness and alter their level of consciousness all the time but don't consider themselves a drug user because the drug they're using isn't crack) etc can give them something.
