I got tired of giving Hardees my money and made my own Jalapeno Cheese Chicken Sandwich. It was good.

I just put my ribs in the oven to slow-cook... I'll post pics as soon as they're done and I figure out how to post from my phone

Tomato sauce, pork, green beans, olive oil and onions. I just pretty much threw stuff together. Seasonings - garlic powder, paprika, black pepper and a little bit of salt (I don't like cooking with too much salt). Served with rice.

The salad is romaine lettuce, sliced nectarines, ugli fruit slices, granny smith apples, blackberries and sliced plums with crumbled bleu cheese. I love ranch and italian together, so I topped it with that.
For the cheese sauce on the chicken, I used velveeta regular, jalapeno velveeta, a little milk to make it less thick, sliced jalapenos...melted it all and topped the fried chicken breast.
