hmm not really a soup. the pic makes it look like there was more liquid in it than there actually was. but everything i used.. would be the same exact things i would use if i were making fish tea (fish soup).Id just have more liquid in it. the pumpkin, allspice, carrots, celery, potato, scallion, onion, thyme, ginger, garlic, green yellow and red bell peppers. and scotch bonnet pepper

Baked Parmesan Basil Friesingredients:1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 tablespoon dried basil 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder 4 medium red potatoes directions:In bowl, combine parmesan cheese, oil, basil, and garlic powder. Cut potatoes into 1/4-inch sticks; add to cheese mixture and toss to coat. Spread evenly on a large cookie sheet or jelly-roll pan coated with nonstick cooking spray, trying to keep all the fries in a single level. Bake at 425 degrees F for 15 minutes, then flip. Bake 20 more minutes or until crisp and tender. Sprinkle with additional parmesan if desired.

its 430 and im just now eating lunch. salad n a burger (no bun/no cheese/no ketchup..no nothing) sigh
these ppl are trying to make me go mad...blah
binky i make fries like that sorta.. well i do parmesan n chive... or garlic n rosemary. somedays i do all 4 of those seasonings together.. and its heaven.

Binky, I like this recipe. I do no care for Basil. I think I will give this a Jamaican flavor.
