everything i cook is pretty simple  . it literally took 2.5 minutes. i just washed the potato wrapped in a wet paper towel and cooked in the microwave for 2 minutes. while thats cooking i sauteed the onions and mushrooms in oil with cumin, turmeric, pepper, cilantro paste and soy sauce. then i add tomatoes and garlic and cook the steak in the mixture for about a minute.
