i eat it with toast points, crackers (tablewater or ritz), or fresh sliced cucumbers or radishes (yuck), or spread it on endive if you like the taste of chicken liver, you'd like it it has that livery (sorry don't know how else to describe  ) taste, then the sweetness of the onions because they are caramelized, along with the chicken fat which is like the best flavor/smell omgooooooooooooodness its really rich so you probably won't eat a great deal of it (i do  )

My dad made some beans with sausage and...Im not sure what else. But I dont ask questions, I just eat. And some cabbage and corn bread And of course, I gotta have my pepper sauce!

 u never heard of neckbones in beans???shame on you  that was my moms and alot of mexican ppl I know fave  but glad to see u back up in this thread  .I might come back since having a cooking channel on youtube keeps me busy alot
