Okay Callme! That LOOKS AHHH-MAZIN!

Thank You everyone! James thank you my, my, my (ie johnny gill breakdown) you are hilarious. Princess G, I need to be on that atkins with you, my ass and these carbs are great friends and we go wayyyy back! I try but sometimes, I just cant do right lol.

Lady Ice, I will type out a recipe as best I can. I dont use one, so here goes loll.

You will need:

half and half, heavy cream, salted butter, fresh parsley and a little of juice from lemon and 1 cup of pecorrino romano or Parmesan cheese (freshly shredded or grated) flour, salt and pepper and a large saucepan.

1st the roux, which is 1/2 stick of butter, to 3 tablespoons or so of flour- once its incorporated, on medium heat,

add your 1 pint of both heavy cream, half and half the other half stick of butter a pinch of salt, a pinch of white pepper or black pepper and let it heat up slowly.

Throw your cheese in the saucepan and reduce heat to simmer (as to not scorch your milk). once this is done, it will thick and super cheesy, so to thin it out, i use veggie stock or water and a whisk. you want to keep whisking it until its less cheesy and more saucy lol- thats the best i got on a word for it.

At the end, to add balance, I throw in approx 1 tbsp of lemon juice maybe 2 for good measure. Add your fresh chopped parsley if you want to- totally up to you, and its done. Super easy and itll keep in the fridge for approx 3 days. It will thick but once you reheat it and add a little stock to it, it will be just as delicious.
