this is like a dip/spread its smoked salmon layered with smetana and salmon roe caviar, you eat it with crackers, toast points or blinis

this is chopped liver (chicken)
onions, chicken fat (loads), chicken livers and boiled eggs mixed together

How do you eat this ? What do you eat it with ? How does it taste ?

i eat it with toast points, crackers (tablewater or ritz), or fresh sliced cucumbers or radishes (yuck), or spread it on endive

if you like the taste of chicken liver, you'd like it

it has that livery (sorry don't know how else to describe LOL) taste, then the sweetness of the onions because they are caramelized, along with the chicken fat which is like the best flavor/smell omgooooooooooooodness

its really rich so you probably won't eat a great deal of it (i do Embarrassed)
