Pre-natal vitamins because they have the extra iron (I'm anemic).

i take queen's Delight ---Royal jelly/propolis/bee pollen its great for my every day positive, energy and wieght maintance. LOL

i used to be on the ball with biotin but i fell off. once i get chlorella though, i'm done with all vitamins.

I know I replied earlier but since then I made some changes.  To date I take a liquid Vitamin B complex blend and that stuff really helps with my energy levels and to a lesser extent my skin is slowly improving.  I also take a Vitamin D pill to strengthen my immune system and help with maintaining bone density.  The latter maybe futile for me since I am nearing the age where bone density is pretty much a done deal.

I just grab whatever multivitamin looks decent in the drugstore. Right now I'm using One A Day Women's Active Mind & Body.

Multivitamin and Iron, that's about it for me. Sometimes B-12 if I forget my multivite.
