My dad just knew I would bring home someone in the medical field. He was a stickler about me being with men that are college educated. He had to be black as well. And he had to be a hard worker and talk like he's educated.. No dummies on his watch..
 
My mom just wanted me to be happy and be with someone that treats me like a Queen and loves me. She did not care about his skin color.. She just wanted me happy.. Smile

My mom could care less as long as he's loving, a good/steady job and grew up with a father etc. I had a teacher say he could see me with a pastor once though.
