Also see if you can CASUALLY bring up the hiring & ur need for hours IN FRONT of the other managers & coworkers, so they KNOW you are willing to work.  Dont let them hire somebody & say "oh, we didn't know you were available.
 
You: Hey Susan, I heard there was an opening.  I'm willing to work as many hours as needed to cover the available shifts if you don't mind. Why train someone new when I'm here for you?

I tried asking one of the managers about it and she was just as shocked as I was about it because we are supposed to be "Fully staffed" already. She knows I am available and is the only one able to make the schedule its so frustrating

Bunnyahh's idea is the best; talk to her in front of a lot of people, that way she can't lie. Preferably in front of other managers.
I also would avoid talking to that manager she is jealous of, that way she will dislike you less.

People like her are trash!

No one at your employment is your friend... you're there to get paid. A lot of times that means being fake and associating with people you wouldn't normally in order to get ahead...

its all a game that's rigged from the beginning... just learn the rules and play along till better comes...

don't quit till you found something else.
