Anywho, I can't think of anything my mom cooks that I don't like except corn beef. As country as I am that's one food I just cannot grow to like. I used to hate black eye peas when she cooked them but I love them now though.

My mama's macaroni and cheese sucked ass .

She always made hers a lil bland with not enough cheese or salt as it was. Then she read some cookbook (I wanna say Patti LaBelle's) and started putting red peppers and bell peppers in it.

Tasteless, cheese-less macaroni with veggies in it .

and mouri (even though i don't care for it) shouldn't salty. it should be left in water for awhile, and that takes away much of the salty taste but you still get the right hints of its saltiness after its cooked.

Salmon (or what I realize now was fish parts)Disapprove in a can with tomato sauce over rice.  Yeah, I could smell that from like a block away.  That and Liver with onions with rice; other than those two dishes, she's a great cook.
