i still don't get it.

so it's a sew in with no braids but how does the track stay onto the root of the hair?  is this one of those things that only lasts for a few days?  i'm so confused. Confused

thanks!...i think i'm going to try that b/c im kinda over multiple bundles in my head...and almost, almost on my way out of weave completely but it's baby steps.  4 oz would be sufficient and my hair gets to breathe for months at a time.

be careful, the technique is not recommended for naturals because of tangle risk, also its harsh on the roots.

My friend does this but she uses micro links instead of sewing a foundation. She said the sewn in foundation could slip right out.

I doubt this technique is recommended for those of us with fine hair.
My hair grows well but breaks so easily, even my weaves can't be too tight.
