Sure they are associated .
But the glaring difference is the one where you have to peddle your naked body for income all for random naked men while the other is for fun and nothing but.

That might not be a huge difference for some but whenever money is involved as an exchange for a service when it comes to matters that would otherwise be intimate that is def. devaluing to me.
