You could make the same assumption of pretty bartenders who convince simple men to part with their hard earned cash in the form of bigger tips. Many of them clear 300 - 500 per shift.

Ehh I don't think that's quite the same thing (depending on the kind of restaurant it is). A lot of men would be swayed into giving bigger tips by a server's beauty/charm but that's natural. A strip club is different because men go there looking to get a woman's sexual attention and spend money.
