I need help! I have been doing research for at least two weeks to find the best, most reasonably priced relaxed textured hair! I have come across Halleys Curls Salon Relaxed, Senghori Shells Relaxed and Natural Rhythms, ONYC Mongolian Relaxed Perm, and Extension Plus Relaxed Texture. Here is the dilemma:
HCSR- I have heard it tangles ( I cannot do Tangles)
SSRR- not textured enough, too silky for my liking
SSNR- dry! It is too stiff!
ONYC- too expensive, not sure if it's of good quality
EPRT- too expensive ($100+ for 2 Ounces?!...no thanks)

So Help me guys! I need a decent priced (I am a college student) $90-120 12inch hair bundle (4ounce) that is textured and flows, not stiff, I don't care about shedding, but I do care about Tangling!. I do not want store bought hair! I need it to last me two months with minimal tangling, guys I am tiered of wasting my money. Please give me some suggestions of hair you have tried or know is of good quality!

Thanks :)

My advise is your going off reviews as you stated The hair game is a gamble...what might be stiff to someone else might be manageable to you.Their batch tangles yours might not.  EVERYBODYS EXPERIENCE IS DIFFERENT.Pick one within your budget and try it for your self. Or keep on searching

Lots of the information on this forum is outdated, you pulled up some older companies which have proven to be inconsistent with their quality. With the exception of EP all the hair you mentioned is a no go.   if you want a good quality relaxed hair I would go with kinkycurlyyaki lite yaki texture or impressive-hair medium yaki. hth

I have only seen Halley's Curls. I am not a salon relaxed person anymore. I did use mine back in the day for 2-3 years without issues. Never tangled in the least bit. It was my first purchase. I did seal the wefts as it would shed without. I am not however recommending them to you though. Nothing personal. I have moved up, and they lost credibility here some time ago.

When you say they have lost credibility here some time ago, are you referring to all the bad reviews given on this website?

Every company goes through the fan club stage on this website at some point. Halley's was a long time ago. Consistancy and customer service keeps a company in business. When those things slip, so does that company's following. Everyone has at least one poor review though. Even the best of the best has experienced complaints. You will have to take a chance just like everyone else. Ask yourself though... When was the last time you seen someone on here rocking them? Why is that? Is it worth the chance that you that you will have the same problem as they did? You could have have best the best experience or a rats nest balding closure. Buy at your own risk.

OP, I know it may sound cliche but please take reviews with a grain of salt period. Whether it's YT, this board or others. I am an EP wearer now by choice based on my own personal experience and the longevity of the hair, and option to ho into the store to see what i am purchasing. However I have tried others that were fine but I decided to either give away or sell because I preferred my EPRT and EPSRT better. Request for samples so that you can at least get an idea of the hair from the vendors you may be interested in and keep in mind it's a gamble regardless. Sometimes you have to take the leap and test the waters for yourself. I have gotten a lot of great info here and continue to do so, but I have also gone against the grain a couple times and purchased hair that had unfavorable reviews on here and was more than happy with the product.
