Freshly washed & conditioned hair with minimal styling products give me results with the most body & bounce.

It is the products, the brand,kind and quality. It also depends on your hair health as well.

Clean hair and scalp should result in excellent body.

Good mousse or any good products that is for bounce and body should work as long as it is good.

Clean scalp/hair should result in the products working well. 

Some conditioners can add that to your hair as well as long as it is not overly saturated.

Hi everyone
doesn't anyone have tips for keeping your hair in tact when doing exercises because the sweat can mess up hair leaving you to have a bad hair day lol

Clean hair and using the right products. Also, wrapping your hair at night can add body to your hair.

My tips would be to make sure your hair is up and out of your face. Spray some humidity resistant spray to your hair before exercising. I use Mizani Humidity Resistant mist. Wear a silk scarf so the scarf can soak up all the sweat. After you're done exercising, don't take off your scarf until your hair is completely dry from sweat.

I tried the Mizani before my workout yesterday and my hair held up very well. Thanks!
