It totally depends on how tall she is. If she is like 4'11, she will most likely be built like a mailbox. If she is like 6'5, she would be statuesque, like a Amazon.

I'm currently a 16 and it's all boobs, thighs and butt. I've always been top and bottom heavy so the weight went either way.
I started working out, squats, bench presses etc and stayed a 16 but my shape changed a little. My butt is higher, my thighs are more muscle toned. etc.
