Put some aphogee 2 min on and brushed my hair back up in a top knot and left the product in.

Wow...my hair is soft and my scalp feel free...hopeful it stays that way...i didn't put conditioner or oil on my roots.

I rinse hair with 8oz of  potatoe water, then applied scarf for about 15 min. With hair damp, applied small amount of castor oil to very damp hair. I applied aloe vera gel direct from plant to each section, applied Tresseme natural mixed with olive oil, then applied coastal scent shea butter and twisted hair and then pinned.
