Burberry Prorsum
is back for Pre-Fall 2013 with exotic spins on the fashion house’s
classic outerwear silhouettes. Animal prints and textures are on the
menu from sultry snakeskin to giraffe.

The luxury continues with printed calf hair tops, dresses, and
accessories, as well as quilted and patent leather. The Prorsum woman
continues to be one who is unafraid of not only standing out, but paying
a pretty penny to do so.

Stripes and chevron anyone? The brand takes on the classic patterns, uplifting blouses and jackets with a quirky twist.

For those of you who opt for form and function over flash, not to
worry: the offerings present much in the way of wearable designs. My
favorite pieces are the simple coats, accented with oversized snap
buttons.

Last, but not least for the Ashley Madekwes and Jourdan Dunns
of the world are the red carpet-ready dresses. The mesh illusion style
might give Stella McCartney’s beloved illusion frocks a run for their
money!
