i thought this was useful considering the convo yesterday. i find her superboring but i know a lot of ppl like her style

In the world of fashion, there are trends, there are classics, and there are wardrobe essentials every woman should have in her closet, no matter what her lifestyle, profession or personal style. These items are the base of every great, versatile wardrobe:
The Blazer - Goes over everything from jeans, skirts, dresses, even shorts.
Wrap Dress- The most figure-flattering silhouette for every body type (especially curvies).
Dark Denim- Appropriate for casual Friday’s, date night or weekend wanderings, dark denim is the key to chic (and figure flattery) when wearing jeans.
A-Line Skirt - Especially flattering on hippy girls when worn high-waisted; this must-have is a key player in faking an hourglass physique.
Button Down Blouse- Classic, chic and versatile at its best; don’t forget to button the very top button for ultra-polish.
Belted Trench - This staple will last through the trends, season after season. (The belt should be tied at the smallest part of your waist).
Classic Pump - When all else fails, choose a classic pump over any other heel. It will keep your look polished and put-together. (The pointed-toe pump is a timeless classic).
Ballet Flat - This chic shoe is as polished and put together as a pump, without the fuss of a high heel. |
I don't think it is that bad. Shoot it's better than her wearing terrycloth shorts that are three sizes too small *shudders*.

i like it for a regular christmas party, but if it's cold, do you have a jacket/shawl that goes with it?
or something to cover all that shoulder because it's company related? but i guess that depends on your work environment/coworkers
