The book starts off slow.  I want to learn and/or read about the genocide; I'm not really interested in the back story (I know that it's needed in order to truly understand what's going on Embarrassed).  I put it down for now.

I've started Roots by Alex Haley.  I heard the movie is good (I'm ashamed that I haven't seen it) and I know that the book is going to be good.

I need to stick with a doggone book LOL

I started and finished The Catcher In The Rye.  I'm now reading The Souls of Black Folk by W.E.B. Du Bois.
