Part of my summer reading list

Finished Khaled Hosseini's And The Mountains Echoed and loved it. Love his style of writing and his engaging and intriguing story line. I look forward to reading his other novels.
Next up, Talking Back: Thinking Feminist-Thinking Black and Angela Davis's Women, culture and politics.

Eta: pardon the large pic y'all. Couldn't resize

I'm thinking about reading The Escort 2 by Carla Pennington. Part 1 was a trip so I'm hoping part 2 is just as good.

my friend is insisting that i read the captive prince vol 1&2.

however, i'd rather just read my aesop's fables again.

seems to be plenty lessons within that many grown people haven't yet grasped.

I've started: Alice Walker's The Third Life of Grange Copeland (in this book package is also Meridian and The Color Purple), Possessing The Secret of Joy, Dan Brown's Angels & Demons, Harriet A. Washington's Medical Aparthied, Nelson Mandela: The Struggle is My Life, and John Howard Griffin's Black Like Me.

Realistically, I need to sit down with one book, finish it and then look for another LOL
