Swearing, sweets, frivolous shopping, alcohol and will pray more often.
Catholics ain't sh*t. Muslims fast for 30 days, and we're like "I'll try to give up chocolate for a month and not eat meat on Fridays. Such a sacrifice"

I just finished my fast so this one I will sit out I do plan on fasting again when the season changes.....I thought lent was for christians and catholics or is it just catholics who mainly observe this?

I believe both do it. Not all Christians, but some denominations.I plan to give up junk and processed foods, swearing, and PICS.
